EMBRACE now offers certificate and certification programs designed to help cities and city leaders promote equity and inclusion within their government and community.
Municipal Leader Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Certificate Program This seven-month long certificate program will provide city elected officials and senior staff the tools and resources to create a foundation for sustainable and equitable economic prosperity for their cities and residents by creating an environment that values differences, fosters relationships, and seeks a spirit of belongingness. Certified City of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging This certification program recognizes cities that adopt policies and practices that promote equity and inclusion within their municipal government and community.
