This bill would provide a sales tax exemption for tickets, fees, or charges for admission to a fine arts performance or exhibition which takes place in a facility owned or operated by a tax exempt 501(c)(3) organization or a museum of cultural significance whose mission is to advance the arts in Georgiaand to provide arts, educational, and culturally significant programming and exhibits for the benefit and enrichment of the citizens of this state.

This bill would also make changes to the land conservation tax credit which provides for an income tax credit for donations of real property which qualifies as conservation land. This bill would change the sunset of the tax credit from December 31, 2021 to December 31, 2026. The bill would also reduce the aggregate annual allowable tax credit from $30 million to $4 million.
