S.B. 345 would prohibit municipalities from requiring vaccine passports, i.e. proof of vaccination.

Under the bill, municipalities would be unable to require proof of vaccination from any person as a condition of providing any service or access to any facility, issuing any license/permit, or performing any duty as a municipal corporation.

Also, municipalities would be prevented from enacting ordinances which would require that any person or private entity require proof of vaccination from any person as a condition of providing any service or access to any facility.
