SB 533, Public Employee Data Disclosure Exemption

This bill would broaden the public employee information exception to the Open Records Act. Currently, if the employee record does not have a public employee's name, job, title, or office attached then it is subject to open records, even if it contains a piece of exempt information, such as a social security number. This bill eliminates that loophole.
