Since April of 2023, thousands of patients with certain medical conditions have legal and safe access to medical cannabis in Georgia. The Georgia Access to Medical Cannabis Commission is the state agency responsible for the oversight and regulation of companies that cultivate, manufacture, lab test, and dispense medical cannabis in our state. During Tuesday’s call, you’ll learn about the state laws and regulations of the medical cannabis industry. Most importantly, you will learn how your city can serve a critical role in ensuring the most vulnerable patients in your communities have meaningful access to this medical relief, as recommended by their physicians.
