Member Services Team members are available to facilitate your planning retreat, budget retreat, citizens advisory meetings, citizen engagement or other specialized meetings.
Evaluate current operations, workflow and processes for any department within municipal government or specific functions within a department to improve operational efficiencies.
Preparation of annual budget or capital improvement plan.
Review of current policies and develop new and enhanced policies.
Review and compilation of expenditures and filing necessary documents for reimbursement.
Assessing street conditions and prioritizing for LMIG and other funding opportunities.
Identify capital projects and develop prioritization aligned with strategic goals.
