The Robert E. Knox, Jr. Municipal Leadership Institute is an intensive, multi-day seminar designed to help city officials strengthen their leadership skills. Named in honor of former GMA President and City of Thomson Mayor Robert E. Knox, Jr. (1979–2007), this program equips municipal leaders with practical tools for effective governance.
