New South Construction Company is a mid-sized general contracting firm founded in March of 1990 by Doug Davidson, who serves as Chairman/CEO. Since our first project in 1990, New South has believed service to our customers would provide and establish a path for our company’s future. The majority of our projects today consist of repeat business and referrals, proving we have undoubtedly succeeded in our earlier mission. \n \n In the beginning, New South acquired a solid, select, and enviable group of clients, which include among others: Delta Air Lines, The Coca-Cola Company, The Atlanta Braves, Emory University, General Mills and several local municipalities across the state. Celebrating our 30th year in business, we continue to provide construction services for each and every one of these customers and a wide range of clients across various market sectors. Currently, New South is building GMA’s new headquarters in downtown Atlanta. \n \n Our philosophy has resulted in our continuous growth and success. Despite our growth, we remain client driven rather than revenue driven. We stand behind our promises and follow through on every project.
