This bill restricts motor vehicles from operating on highways with suspension lifts that elevate or lower the frame height of the front of such vehicles so that it would be more than four inches above or below the frame height of the rear of the vehicle. The legislation also clarifies state code so as to authorize vehicles to have suspension modifications of no more than 6 inches above or below the manufacturer's recommendation for such vehicles.
