This bill provides that any off-road vehicle, used in violation of certain criminal law, will be declared contraband and made subject to civil forfeiture. The bill also allows a police officer to remove any off-road vehicle, determined to have been used in land-disturbing activity on another's property, to "the nearest garage or other place of safety."
