- Funding Levels: Award amounts range from $500,000 to $5,000,000, with a minimum of one award per EPA Region.
- Program Tracks: Track 1 is dedicated to benefiting disadvantaged communities, while Track 2 supports projects for all other communities. Approximately 40% of the total funding will be reserved for disadvantaged communities.
