This bill prevents local governments from requiring vaccinations or proof of post-infection recovery as a condition to access any government service, building, or space. Likewise, the bill prevents local governments from requiring individuals have vaccine passports, immunization passes, or any other standardized documentation, except as otherwise required by law. Lastly, the bill prevents local governments from requiring any person wear a face mask or covering to minimize the spread of infectious/contagious diseases, i.e. COVID.
